At D.LOUISE, we want you to love your jewellery; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your jewellery back into its original D.LOUISE gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
